After winning planning permission for 12 apartments at Appeal, Regalpoint Developments have sold 31 Tonbridge Road, Maidstone to Brenchley Homes for £735,000.  Bishop Whitehead, who acquired and sold the site for Regalpoint, also provided evidence in support of their planning application and handled negotiations with the sitting tenant to gain vacant possession.
