Acting on behalf of freeholder, The Freshwater Group, Bishop Whitehead have negotiated the sale of 5-6 Brewer Terrace, Maidstone, Kent to College Hill Estates for £1.4m.  The property comprises an original Listed building which is to be retained, together with a later extension which the purchasers intend to demolish and replace with student accommodation.
