London & Cambridge Properties have accepted a surrender of Hovat Limited's lease at Unit 2, West Point Business Park near Junction 4 of the M20 and simultaneously granted a new 10 year lease to Parker Merchants, at a rent of £6.25 psf.  Bishop Whitehead negotiated the terms of the new letting and the surrender on behalf of Hovat.
