Maidstone based developer, Palace Estates, has completed the sale of the last unit at its Roebuck Business Park in Harrietsham, near Maidstone, Kent.  Of the nine industrial and office units, five were reserved before the scheme was completed in May, with others being snapped up by eager owner occupiers shortly thereafter.  Bishop Whitehead were the sole agents acting on behalf of Palace Estates.
