Kindale have acquired 60,000 sq.ft. of space from Chunnel Investments for £3.4m, reflecting a net yield of 8.28%.  The investment comprises three warehouses let to Pickfords, Approved Car Finance and Shakespeare Transport on varying lease terms, at a total rent roll of £297,830 per annum.  Bishop Whitehead acted for Kindale on the purchase.
