Capital Enterprise Centres have completed the refurbishment of two further buildings at their Churchill Square Business Centre at Kings Hill.  The refurbishment of Buildings 20 and 30 at the Centre, which comprises seven Grade II Listed buildings, has enabled a further 50 suites to be made available to young and expanding companies, on flexible terms.  CEC were advised on the refurbishment of the building by Bishop Whitehead, who are retained as sole letting agent.
