College Hill Estates have submitted a planning application to Maidstone Borough Council for the redevelopment of 3-5 Brewer Street in Maidstone, Kent.  The proposals include three retail units and 14 apartments.  College Hill Estates acquired the property from private clients of Bishop Whitehead.
