Acting on behalf of Resolution Asset Management, Bishop Whitehead have let Unit 4 Deacon Trading Estate, Aylesford to BSS Group Plc.  The unit is to be occupied by group company PTS Plumbing Trade Supplies and is its first renewable energy branch, providing a dedicated resource to customers wanting guidance on green technology.  Unit 4 comprises 21,000 sq.ft. and was let at £6.50 psf.
