Orpington based property investment company William Nash Plc, have added to their portfolio by acquiring a distribution investment in Larkfield for £4 million.  Units 1, 3 and 5 Sheldon Way comprise a total of 59,000 sq.ft. and currently produce £340,000 pa.  Bishop Whitehead acted for the vendors.
