Kindale LLP have added to their substantial property investment portfolio by acquiring Northpoint Business Park at the Medway City Estate in Rochester, Kent, for £2.3 million.  The scheme comprises 15 small units totalling 26,000 sq.ft., which are used for a variety of uses ranging from industrial to retail.  Bishop Whitehead acted for Kindale in the purchase and are retained to deal with lettings, rent reviews and lease renewals.
